2/3 cup oats
1 cup coconut milk
2 teaspoons sunflower seeds
2 teaspoons pumpkin seeds
2 teaspoons chia seeds (black or white)
2/3 cup coconut yoghurt
1 banana, cut in half and sliced lengthways
Ground cinnamon

In a bowl combine the oats and coconut milk, cover and leave overnight either on the benchtop or in the fridge.
When ready to eat, separate the oats evenly between two jars or bowls. Top each with 1 teaspoon of sunflower, pumpkin and chia seeds.
Spoon half of the coconut yoghurt and half the banana on top.
Sprinkle both with a pinch of cinnamon.
