When you login you will arrive at the Bestow Cleanse dashboard with navigation menu.

You’ll have immediate access to the shopping list, meal prep plan, 7 Day Meal Planner, recipes and rituals for each of the seven days.

DAILY EMAILS

Each day you’ll receive an email with the meals, notes and ritual for that day.  These emails will commence one, three or seven days after your register depending on the timeframe you have chosen, to give you time to buy groceries and get organised.  If you start the cleanse later than that, just file the emails away in a folder and revisit them after you start the cleanse.

GET ORGANISED

We encourage you to do everything you can to make these 7 days a time devoted to your own care and wellbeing.  We understand life and it’s commitments go on, but try and find a week to do the cleanse where you can be well organised in advance, and can take some time to pause and do some of our well-being rituals.
