Quantities per person:-
1 heaped tablespoon raisins or sultanas
2 level tablespoons rolled jumbo oats
Almonds and/or walnuts (optional)
Pumpkin, sunflower and/or sesame seeds (optional)
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon of Bestow Beauty Oil mixed with-
3 tablespoons natural unsweetened yoghurt
1 large apple
1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
1 pinch cinnamon (optional)
Soak rolled oats, raisins, nuts, seeds & water overnight.
Add grated or chopped apple and chopped banana.
Add all other ingredients, mix together and enjoy.
Note: Other seasonal fruit can be used if desired. Organic produce is preferred but not essential.
