Nothing says autumn quite like the familiar taste of feijoa! Try these delicious smoothie bowls for breakfast, dessert or a tasty snack!
You’ll need:
3 frozen bananas 1 cup of feijoas, chopped (fresh or frozen) 1/2 cup of coconut yoghurt 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon of ginger 1 teaspoon of chia seeds 2 tablespoons of Bestow Beauty Plus Oil 1 tablespoon of cacao powder (added later)
For the topping: 1/2 cup of feijoas, chopped (fresh or frozen) 1/4 cup of pistachios, chopped 1 tablespoon of cacao nibs 1 tablespoon of coconut thread
To make:
Serves two
Blitz all the smoothie bowl ingredients in a bullet or blender. Spoon half of the mixture evenly into two bowls.
