Bestow Prawn noodles

Serves four
500gm soba noodles
500gm large all purpose shrimp
Spring onions, sliced
Fresh coriander
Dressing
80ml Japanese Soy sauce
1 lime…. Juice and zest
10ml Fish sauce
40gm palm sugar
20ml Bestow Beauty Oil

Cook noodles till soft, cool. Add dressing ingredients to saucepan except for the Bestow Beauty Oil, heat to dissolve palm sugar. Cool, add Bestow Beauty Oil and combine with noodles and sliced spring onions. Quickly panfry shrimp in very hot pan, add to noodles, toss together, season and serve. Garnish with fresh Coriander. Please note organic produce is preferable but not essential.
